Boardroom Partner does exactly what it says! Are you an Owner / Manager, running a successful business, who sometimes wishes they had someone you could talk to about your problems, issues, or decisions to be made, within the business? However, you just don't have that person who understands enough and maybe able to help you; then maybe I can help! I have almost 40 years experience as an Entrepreneur, having started, grown and sold a number of businesses, in all sorts of fields, I have learnt the hard way on how to succeed . However, along the way I have made many mistakes and I have learnt from them. Let me use my skills and experience to help you make the right choices and decisions, in a way that suits you. I am a great listener, but will critique your business and website, if you so wish. I am very flexible in how I work, but usually recommend getting together once a month for a two hour face to face Board Meeting, where we can discuss any issues you want and try to resolve them and make plans going forward. There are no politics or clashes, which often happen in other Boardrooms, and I am totally on your side, there to help you and at the end of the meeting, I leave you to do what you do best, run your business. Additionally, I am available on Skype, email or phone, at almost anytime, or I will undertake specific tasks for you if you wish.
