Will NEVER order from there again. The pizza was earlier than the delivery time but that's where the positives end. The one pizza was burnt and had dry dough. All three were only luke warm. The Bolognese pizza was tangy and tasted like the sauce was an asda smart price Bolognese sauce. When I rang to tell them that, bearing in mind I only rang about the burnt one... the guy literally went 'yeah and?' I told him it wasn't good enough that I'd paid £10.99 and I wasn't happy with the outcome. He turned around and told me it was "only £11" and to do whatever i wanted with that pizza, that they'd settle up next time... I asked to speak to the manager and was told that the manager was out and wouldn't be back for another hour or two so they literally couldn't do anything. I told him I wasn't happy and will never order from them again, he hung up on me... from now on I'll be going to Saltaire Pizza and Balti, they're not quite as cheap but I have never had a bad pizza, or service, from them and since I'm lactose intolerant an occasional pizza is a very costly treat for me... so when I do splash out I'm not happy to suffer the side effects for substandard food.

Edit: just to add a bit of context, my previous orders with them is 36 thru just eat... and I used to adore their food. But this isn't the first time they've sent me bad food, I've had undercooked chips, undercooked pizza crust and then this time...

I got a double cheese burger and chips I was a regular customer but then they burnt my burger but decided to give it another go so I ordered the same again
They burnt the burger AGAIN and they hadn't drained it from the hot oil and placed it in the takeaway tray then added the chips the oil was that hot it burnt through the tray and went all over my chips I advise everyone to order from somewhere else ik I am
