Born In Croydon, I started out as your everyday barista at age 20 in a cafe making coffee with latte Art for all types of customers, of course with a coffee you need a nice piece of cake right? The motto I live by and I’m sure A lot of you will agree: Fresh is always Best! I have to admit I love cake and baking it! Homemade always has the best flavour, here At Bobski’s We try to separate the difference between amazing an incredible flavour, Lovely and irresistible! My first bake?Flapjacks! , my creative baking passion was ignited after tasting this creation, from there I aimed to be more ambitious more daring and along came Bobski’s Brownies! After brownies my imagination and ideas became limitless, the potential of baking is endless. I took a holiday abroad and saw different types of food, cakes, drinks and i thought, I wonder if I can bake here with foreign ingredients and still make delicious cakes, try experimenting with different ingredients try out other cuisines . Oh yes! The flavour exactly the same, dishes giving a much broader palette of dishes to choose from another country brings new ideas and beautiful new ideas for bakes and special dishes! Which of course We make available in England!
