Great Base for exploring Northumberland, clean modern holiday home
Well appointed lodge,great hot tub.
It was ok but not as described. There were supposed to be two bedrooms and bathrooms. But only one bathroom the other one is a toilet only.
Fab country park with some stunning lodges. We're currently staying at a newly refurbished lodge (sunflower lodge) which has a private hot tub and everything we need for a very comfortable stay. The park is quiet however has easy access to many Northumberland hotspots. There is an amazing kids play area and you can cross a bridge to the adjoining park to use their bar and cafe. Had a fabulous breakfast there this morning and would highly recommend. We'll be staying here again for sure 🙂
We had a bit of a disaster. No fire working. Heating only on 50 per cent. Wind blowing a gale. We froze until someone came to have a look. Couches are awful in the lodge. Block the radiator. Baking trays rusty. no frying pan. I definitely wouldn't buy that particular lodge. Stayed in better caravans to be honest..
Very quiet ideal if that's what your after. A car is a total necessity
