We’ve been to all but one so far and have not had a bad experience. The food is always delicious and the staff are always welcoming. We took some friends to the city road restaurant, the staff were brilliant and the food was bang on as usual! Well done guys! X

We’ve been going to the Old Street branch for 3 yrs now and can’t fault this place at all. The food is amazing and the staff are friendly and helpful. We always get a warm and friendly greeting from the staff and the bar staff are brilliant as well.



We ask for recommendations of their cocktails and they make them up to suit your tastes and they get it spot on! We can’t fault this restaurant and always look forward to going back

We visited the Old Street restaurant as a family with a young baby and the staff immediately found us a table with space to put the pram.

Had a lovely meal, was delicious.

There was so much, we were offered the leftovers boxed up to take home, without us asking.

The staff were extremely pleasant and didn't rush us, but asked occasionally if everything was ok.

A nice touch was our waiter Charlie introducing himself by name.

Would thoroughly recommend this place.

Old Street / City Road. Good as usual. Really nice burger with brisket on top. Good service. Friendly staff, especially the lady from Klaipeda, Lithuania. Thanks to all. Dangerously close to Moorfields Eye Hospital, so I always visit after an eye appointment.

My husband thought the BBQ was the best around and far exceeded his expectations. I thought it was quite good (this being my 1st time to the U.K. I have nothing to compare it too). The prices were extremely reasonable & they had locally brewed beer on draft. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking to get a BBQ fix on this side of the pond.

I have always enjoyed going to bodeans and haven’t been for a long time till yesterday when we decided to take our son for lunch. The food is really good and excellent value for money.

Great food and fantastic service too. Thought the special pig out deal was brilliant and great value for £10 will definitely visit again when I’m up London 😀

My dad was visiting here and I took him out before we went to a show. I was looking for a special treat for my old man and the staff spoilt us rotten from when we entered, the foot was fantastic, we were looking for old school American rock and roll vibes and a good laugh and we got that along wit excellent food. I forgot our servers name - he was a young lad and just the right amount of attentiveness and fun without being in your face.

First time here and was not sure what to expect, Didn't have a reservation but got seated straight away. Ordered the sharing platter for two and was well impressed! Only thing left was few chips and bit of the corn bread muffin as was quite heavy. Only thing didn't expect was a service charge as only two of us.

Delicious bbq! I've been a few times and never disappointed. Got the pulled pork and beef burnt ends combo, it's so, so good and they support our NHS staff with a 20% discount with your ID.

BBQ as it should be..The Soho branch delivered excellent service and food. Tested combo platter for 2, all meat tasty and smokey. Worth the trip from Southbank. Just do it!

Arrived at the city road restaurant with my two kids (15 and 6) at 5:30pm, we was seated straight away as the place was quiet. Drinks and food were ordered and brought to us pretty quickly too, food could have been a bit hotter but generally it was all on point... we was offered a take away box at the end because we couldn’t get through the large platter we ordered... ambience/lighting was nice, volume of music good.. overall me and my eldest son said it was a good experience �

Went to the soho branch for lunch with my family which included my 2 year old daughter. Our food took an hour to arrive and only after my partner went up to the bar to ask about whem our food may appear. We arrived at the opening time and ordered when there were only about 4 tables being used. Table service was poor with no interaction post taking our order and a service charge was automatically added so didn't get much choice in that and past visits to Bodeons didn't require a two hour experience. Unfortunately, that is probably the last time we will be visiting a Bodeons.

Having visited the Soho Bodeans with 3 friends who had also never been before we really did have high expectations once we saw the menu, but I must say we was all hugely disappointed. 2 of my friends had ribs which were dry and overcooked, and I had jambalaya which tasted like a microwave meal, complete lack of flavour. The gentleman serving us was very chirpy and keen but it did feel like he keep pushing for more sales, like larger drinks, larger dishes, dessert, which all got a bit annoying in the end. Sorry to say the meal was hugely disappointing and I won't be hurrying back.

First and last time here at Tower Hill branch,Food was awful starters was so spicy couldn’t stomach it even though I normally love spicy food !!!! my main just tasted of salt, was cold and chips had been re heated 6 of us came to eat and only 3 enjoyed and ate there dinner, so very disappointed � did complain and this was taken off bill but won’t be returning again

Also toilets down stairs absolute filth !!!! Stuff all over floor bit like peeing in a portaloo at a festival ���

Couldn't order from our usual place so thought we'd try here (Hoxton branch). Never been so disappointed by a take away.



Poorly packaged - hot food in paper bags inside a plastic bag just caused the bags the sweat and disintegrate. Spent 5 minutes pulling bits of bag off our chips (and still ended up eating bits of bag).



Combo meal for 2 - apart from appearance (just) we couldn't differentiate between the different meats. All very, very dry and flavourless with the exception of far too much salt.



Certainly not even close to local competitors and far below the standard we would expect in general.
