Hi Ladies! Change of plan! Unfortunately all classes are now cancelled until further notice. Think it is best due to News/advice. So sorry I will miss you all for a bit. Take good care xx

Classes will continue for the time being. Fitness helps boost the immune system. I am taking precautions by doing sessions equipment free from now on to ensure no cross contamination through hands. Anyone who feels poorly please be aware of the new cough and high temp symptoms and stay home to rest up. Hope it all blows over soon🤞
