Rachel first joint my group sessions in May, and these photos speak for themselves !
From always needing to use her inhaler throughout our sessions to never even needing to use it once now! To me that’s a huge huge improvement ! , I’v seen her progress and really change visually and physically ! I’m so so soooo proud of you and what you have achieved ! It’s not easy starting over after being out of it for a little whi...le but looking at how amazing you look it’s been worth every last deadlift and burpee πŸ’ͺ🏼πŸ’ͺπŸΌπŸ™ŒπŸΌπŸ™ŒπŸΌπŸ‘™πŸ‘™ well done πŸ™ŒπŸΌ

When the lovely Christy sent me these photos i was thrilled! Christy struggles to see how amazing she looks! This is why clothes and photos are a brilliant way to track due to hormonal changes, water retention, weighing later in the day etc etc Christy has always had a fab figure , we have just been working on sculpting and creating shape in areas she wanted to work on.
As you can see she looks amazing! She started training with me the back end of last year . She’s still had... her β€˜life’ on a weekend she hasn’t stopped doing the things she enjoys ! We’ve just had to be realistic about how this will more than likely effect how quickly the process can work !
Here she is on her hen do on the bottom right getting ready to marry this October ! I’m so jealous of her amazing arms as you can see they look insane ! We’ve worked on her legs and bum to create more definition ! She looks absolutely amazing !! πŸ‘° πŸ‘°πŸ‘°

So soooooo proud of what my girls have achieved! Seeing results is what we are about ! Seeing is believing πŸ‘ŒπŸΌ My lovely lady on the left suffers bad asthma and in the beginning couldn’t stop using it throughout, now although she always carries it she never needs to use it ! That in itself is progress! Both girls are stronger fitter and over all happier with their physiques πŸ’ͺ🏼
To me that’s absolute satisfaction πŸ€™πŸΌ
... Both girls work extremely hard. We set realistic goals , and work hard to achieve them whilst still having β€˜ a life β€˜ . We have fun along the way too ! What better way to get your dream body ! Well done girls πŸ’œπŸ‘ŒπŸΌ

I have loved every single session we have & i am always sore for days after each session which in a funny way is a nice pain as they say "No pain no gain" But that is what you want. Dana is very motivational, supportive & always on hand 24/7 with any queries & advice. Over the years i have watched Dana in her sessions with clients & always said one day i would love to go to Dana for Personal Training sessions as she looked so committed to her job & the end of last year i bit the bullet and its the best decision i have ever made.
