Administering some self needle treatment to my knee this afternoon, to help me keep up with the half marathon training.

It was great to be able to help my brother out last week and treat the arthritis in his shoulder. Spoke to him yesterday and it's already feeling easier.

It's funny how things come in groups, I've had a couple of people come in this week with heel pain relating to a tight calf muscle with inflamed achilles. Deep tissue massage and needles worked really well.
