Over the last 2 months, My classes have been concentrating on balance. Some have loved it, others not so much! I have seen a massive improvement. Well done to everyone. New courses start next week. A new focus. What will it be? Well you will have to sign up for a course and find out. Places are still available in the beginners classes. Monday 1130am... Tuesday 730pm Thursday 830pm I also have a few places in the Improver/ Intermediate classes. Wednesday 930am Thursday 730pm.
