We offer a wide range of Physiotherapy treatments for all musculo-skeletal problems. Providing a holistic approach, these treatments are tailored to your individual needs whether that is for a sprained ankle, back pain or after surgery.
We specialise in biomechanical assessments to identify any potential imbalances which may reduce your performance or highlight areas which may predispose you to future injuries.
We also offer Clinical Pilates sessions where you will be assessed to identify any imbalances and dysfunctions within your body to enable a bespoke programme to be designed for you.
As a keen runner, cyclist and skydiver, Amanda brings a unique insight to the art of cycling with her specialist knowledge in Sports Physiotherapy, Biomechanical Assessment and Clinical Pilates, offering full bike fit assessments in conjunction with the Giant Store in Shoreham using a Wattbike, as well as Pilates classes for cyclists.
