Quality no bullsh*t gym! I only use it once a month due to coming to Carlisle for work. It's one of them old-school gyms, what I call an absolute gem! Always looked after, clean, and well maintained. Huge selection of free weights, cardio fascinates, as well as friendly and helpful staff. We need more gyms like this down here in Kent! Would highly recommend to anyone who's serious about their training.
