First time on the uni for a while, decided to give myself a goal of 30s idle before I can go back indoors. Figured I need to get good at idling if I am gonna be able to stop and stay on at traffic lights and without idling there is no point learning any other tricks! Managed 45s, 1 minute next and slower.

Weighted box jump session today with Kill Cliff vest to work on power. Managed to get 49" with vest. Squats are starting to pay off рЯТ™рЯПЉ Flew up as soon as I took it off too рЯШВвЬИ

Gave these kneeled jumps a go with @penguins_abroad after seeing Malin Malle smash them out. Pretty fun!!
