I hate ranting guys, but this week alone we‚Äôve already had 5ÔłŹ‚É£ no shows. I do really understand that sometimes things can‚Äôt be helped and you can‚Äôt make your appointments. But when myself and the girls are working long hours to accommodate everyone, it‚Äôs very disheartening to have someone just not show up.
We ask that all clients give us 24hours if you’re wanting to cancel/rearrange an appointment. But even if it is 10mins before your cancelling please let us ...know either way, as more than often we have cancellation list.
Deposits will now start being taken for treatments an hour or over
