Well my 1st time at bodyzone doing a boxercise class. Wow what a great class, people are lovely and Craig makes you work to you push yourself. I am killing and it's not even the next day lol see you next Monday. Thank

Well I first joined bodyzone a long time ago when Craig opened in Guisborough and I was so impressed, none of this large chain or local authority corporate buying of equipment wether it's fit for purpose or not, I thought this gym would be impossible to beat but Craig's new bodyzone in skelton has done it, every body part can be worked from every angle, each piece of equipment has been thought about and it shows, there's so much space and loads of room for mma and more!

Top Gym has everything you need and straight on your door step. Seeing the difference since moving in is unreal. All the best for future you've all worked so hard !!!

One of the only gyms I've been regular at, where I've felt welcomed, but not bugged. Staff is Friendly and happy to help you, but give you space to workout in peace if that's what you want.

Never thought I would go to a gym let alone enjoy it. It is a really good friendly place with lots of help and advice from staff and members all you have to do is ask. The only fault for me is not open late on a weekend

I've always avoided going to gyms in the believing that they are masculine and Orientated around males but I was so wrong. bodyzone has such a welcoming friendly atmosphere suitable for both male and females of all abilities with new and exciting equipment to use such as battles ropes and tyre flipping. I highly recommend anyone nervous about trying out a gym to come here � xx
