We came in today with our little boy, sooo impressed with the customer service, all of the ladies were lovely and gave our baby lots of attention! Also a lovely breakfast!! Would defo recommend!! Thanks ladies!

The customer service was a bit meh, ordered a prawn rose Marie jacket potato came without the sauce? And for £5.70 I had to mix the sauce in myself XD the coffee was amazing and the chocolate orange cake is recommended so yummy!

I want to say a big thank you to the owners of this cafe ,they were very kind today ,I was looking for a sugar pourer for a lady that I look after in Birmingham who's had a stroke and wanted something to help her ,they very kindly gave me one of theirs as I couldn't find one in any of the shops ,it just goes to show what good caring people are about thank you so much and I know how this will be of help to her .trudy Monckton Birmingham

I just got a takeaway BLT baguette....it looks like the bacon has been microwaved...it's all still slimy and doesn't look cooked at all..I had a bite and it was the most disgusting thing I've ever tasted! Won't be getting bacon from there again! On a lighter note I buy cakes for my kids from there on a weekly basis and they love them.
