Bolenowe Animal Sanctuary

The original sanctuary was started in 1980 by Mrs Margaret Piper at Jelbert Farm, Bolenowe near Troon, Cornwall and moved to our current site in 2004. Our purpose is the rescue, care, rehabilitation and rehoming of primarily horses, ponies, donkeys and goats. We are currently caring for 66 animals plus a selection of turkeys, chickens, ducks, two cats and a goose at our 30 acre site.
