We spent today getting to know Scarlet Lady a little better and she didn’t disappoint 😍
She’s different to any ship you’ve sailed on, ever! From late night spa parties to a wake illuminated in Virgin’s signature mood lighting, a nightclub designed to evoke the Studio 54 vibes in all of us and a catamaran net suspended decks above sea level with nothing below but air, this is a ship that is breaking the rules and channeling its inner rockstar. Every restaurant has a bar! Suites have cheeky ‘peek-a-view’ windows in the showers and cabins have been designed around pre-drinks and after parties 💃🏼🍻

Just phoned to register a grievance at the pricing policy on my next P and O cruise on Azura. Although the situation could not be changed, the sales lady that I spoke to was extremely helpful and understanding .She was able to turn a negative feeling into a positive one and to me enhanced the reputation of Holdover Cruise Club. I have today booked to sail 2019 on Ventura to the Caribbean and wish to express my gratitude to Olivia. Her knowledge and efficiency is greatly appreciated. I have booked many cruises through Bolsover and have nothing but praise for this company.

I have found the BCC to be simply the best. The customer service people are friendly and helpful. I have had one reason to complain about a cruise out of about 20 so far taken and that was nothing to do with Bolsover's service to me, I complained direct to P&O and got some on board credit on my next cruise added. What do you want from your travel agent? If it is a helpful and speedy service then BCC has it. Since the changes to the agent commissions, travel agents compete on quality of service not price and Bolsover CC had quality of service in spades!

I have always booked our Cruises with Bolsover and always found them to be extremely professional but I wanted to write about the fantastic service from Sheryl. We had booked a holiday with NCL to Australia and New Zealand and I couldn't get on the cruise personaliser with the details that NCL gave us. So after a call to Sheryl in administration she made contact with NCL and got a new login set up for us. The flight dates on the personaliser were not the same as on our paperwork so after another call to Sheryl this was sorted out too. I then requested a call to say our tickets were ready and when I went up to collect them Sheryl took me through all our itinerary to ensure all our flights , transfers , hotel stays , excursions on board credit etc were correct. I can't recommend Bolsover Cruise Club enough absolutely excellent service.

I always book with Bolsover now and have built a really good relationship with Lisa Kennedy who has handled our big family celebrations on P&O in recent years. Nothing is too much trouble, on many occasions she has personally rung P&O for us to query things and successfully sort our issues out. Thanks again Lisa, you make it so easy for us.

Have to say their customer service is one of the best I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Seemless and now getting very excited about our first cruise!!

Bolsover is the most amazing company what they don't know about cruising is no mans business they always give good advice and are always happy to speak to you even at 5 to 8 my family and I would never book with anyone else keep up the good work.

Always had excellent service from bolsover cruise club,especially Jay who has always sorted out difficult requirements if needed.Jay took over from Lauren who was also excellent ,but has since left.We would definitely recommend Bolsover to anyone thinking of booking a cruise,they give a really good proffesional service and nothing is too much trouble!

A huge thank you to Kelsey who booked our cruise for us yesterday. Kelsey checked quite a few cruises for us over a few weeks and packaged together a back to back cruise, compared different options on different dates, was extremely prompt at getting back to us and very helpful. Excellent service from a lovely person.

Sorry Bolsover after many years of booking with you I have been really disappointed this year. I have had to do all my own checking with the cruise lines as you have got things wrong now on too many occasions, my confidence has now gone. I did not even receive a call from a manager with my complaint no disrespect to the advisor that did call, but just not good enough.

I was told to use Bolsover Travel when we was booking our first cruise. In the beginning I found them very good. I explained I was disabled and the cruise had to be very carefully planned to suit my needs. Then I had money taken twice out of my bank account. Spoke to Bolsover Travel, they said it was nothing to do with them and I should speak to P&O. The cruise I booked is from Southampton, La Rochelle and Santander and Guernsey and then back to Southampton. It was explained to me that I couldn't get off at Guernsey but no problem with the other two stops which l excepted. I found out today the afternoon before travel they are no longer stopping at Santander but now stopping at Bilbao. They can't guarantee I will be able to get off. I spoke to Bolsover Travel who said the problem should be directed at P&O.

If I can not get of the ship two out of the three stops what's the point of the cruise . I feel if they replace a port it should be like for like. P&O are not letting passengers know until they are on board. To be continued.....
