Visited this place on a Saturday evening with the family. We were warmly welcomed and seated by Hamza. The staff were extremely hospitable. Starters and mains were beautifully presented, and they were served with hot plates which was great ! Can not express how thoroughly we enjoyed the cocktail menu. Hamza is the guy you want to ask about cocktails ! He was the ultimate host. Cocktails were lethal yet gorgeous concoctions !

I'd definitely give this place a Michelin star if I had the opportunity !!

User

User

People are good too at the restaurant.. could get busy in the weekends.. so always pre-book..

Order tip: Order spicy crispy Okra they do if you are a spicy eat and a vegetarian.. or if you are a meat eater I was told Chicken Lollipops are good.

User

User

I found it one day on Deliveroo, I use to order take aways just to eat anything when I don’t have time to cook as there is really little places that have even decent food. But this one.... OMG! The best food ever! All the dishes are very good. I am very hard to please when it comes to food but this place managed to do so! I am addicted to it! I am in love in Chicken Lollipops! I wish you guys all the best!

User

Good food ... Will love 2 visit again when in London...all the best guys and keep rocking

User

Excellent food, very good service! A bit pricy though as they charge 12.5% service tax on top of an already pricy menu. Would highly recommend to anyone fancying Indo-chinese. Giving 5 stars for the quality of the food as I have tried many Indo chinese restaurants in London and other parts of the UK but this is the best so far. Would go again (maybe on a payday!)

Bombay chow is just the concept that was missing from the London scene, my first experience at Bombay Chow was exhilarating! We went to celebrate my friend's birthday at their new branch at Kings Street in Hammersmith last week. I'm so glad we chose this absolutely lovely and cosy place with a truly Mumbai feel, amazing food and lush cocktails. The star of the evening was the food, all mouthwatering dishes with stunning presentation put smile on each of us. We were a table of 10 with 3 vegetarians and all of us left the place with such amazing memories and experience by giving their best in hospitality (service, food, ambience). I would definitely go back to taste the most unique fusion of their dishes and yummy cocktails.

Highly recommended with a rating of 10/10 from all of us and we thank the wonderful team of Bombay Chow for making our evening so special.

User

Best chicken lollipops I’ve ever tried!! Singapore rice noodles are also very good.

They also have the Indian version of the Coca Cola, Thumbs up

100% recomendable

User

Amazing amazing amazing! !!!

We booked via open table as highly recommended by TripAdvisor reviews and certainly dissapointed!

The staff and management couldn't have been more attentive & polite and the food was out of this world for such a reasonable price.

We were offered dishes to try and even our leftovers to take away the staff also ordered a taxi for is too.

A perfect evening for our ladies evening out after a day at Earls Court.

Hope we can come back! !

User

User

Rarely you come across a restaurant where you really like the food but still hesitate to recommend it. We decided to go to this place as part of our EID celebrations this year. We were a group of 17 including children. Firstly, We were asked to put our credit card down to confirm our booking. Plus we were also told if we don't turn up in exact numbers as per booking we will be charged something crazy like £20 per person for 'breaking their policy'. We have never seen this kind of policy around UK let alone in London. When we raised our concern with the staff at the restaurant we were told if you don't come someone else will. Says a lot of a mindset of an organisation. Secondly, service was not up to scratch. We were given wrong dishes and when we refused to accept we were shown the order from another table to prove we were the ones who ordered it. Also, not kids friendly at all. All in all not a great experience. Although food was great, it was a bit on the expensive side. Recommended for food, for service and specially if you have kids please look elsewhere.

User

they booked us first and than cancel it because of some big booking..

very unethical, seems BombayChow has loose it’s charm...

User

We love the food at your restaurant but your manager is just the worst front face to have. He is unbelievably rude and argumentative to belong to the hospitality industry. I traveled 62 miles from Kent only to be told that "sorry we can't give you the baby chair because it is BOOKED". Who books baby chair in this country? And if your restaurant has a baby chair booking policy then one has to be informed of it over the phone while booking. I am now having to have my kid sit on my lap and eat food which isn't the evening I was expecting. And over that he argued with me for a good five minutes. I'd have walked out if I didn't have a hungry kid to feed.

User

Poor service waited for drinks to be served for 20 mins and were served after we finished our starters.

Informed the waitress but she didn’t seem to be bothered.

User

In normal cases I rarely share a bad experience about a restaurant; because i understand that mistakes happen. Although I can't say that when restaurant staff on purpose give you a bad experience about services. I ordered from this restaurant via Hungry House; after receiving an sms that the order was accepted I was expecting the order to be delivered as normal; however when I saw that no-one turned up after 2 hours had passed I had to call customer care; and even the restaurant. The restaurant staff simply told me they never received any order even though I was informed by an sms that the order was accepted ... at which point I was very annoyed having waited for the delivery so long; I got in touch with Hungry house subsequently to see if there was a solution ; they confirmed that the order was cancelled and I was refunded the money. After all of this I got a call from the restaurant to explain that they have confirmation that Hungry House declined the order; How does that really matter to me if the only formal confirmation I was given was that the order was accepted ? The whole process between these two needs to be sorted out ; as in my experience this restaurant does not work well when they receive any orders via hungry house. The bit that motivated me to write this review was the comment from the restaurant staff "this is the last time we will serve you" .... well to be honest we come to your restaurant for good food and order online for the same reason ; but don't appreciate being insulted for no fault of our own.

User

I came with my wife to eat here we had starters and wanted to order mains but they just closed the kitchen without telling us they would close. After getting told I complained to the manager but instead of showing us good service he was just getting rude to us and told us to leave the place

I mean they definitely don't know they're hospitality

And the manager with long hair is the rudest manager I've ever come across in a restaurant

Definitely worth getting sacked if they wana improve

User

Extremely rude person on phone when I called to complain about the food as we have got stomach ache after eating their food. Rather than apologising the person on the mobile number given on the website started arguing with me in a very rude tone. He also refused to tell me his identity. I have never experienced any staff talking to customer like this specially when the customer has suffered problems after eating your food. Disgusting I must say. Guys never go to this restaurant. All the 5* reviewers are their friends and family I guess.
