Always been good food (not been in 6 months tho)

Not the cheapest, but very tasty

Shameful!
Food arrived via driver with blaring booming music 30 minutes late
Touched food containers and they were stone cold opened food food was colder!!

Called the restaurant and told them the food was cold ! they told me well the food comes from the kitchen fresh it must have gone cold on the delivery and asked us to warm the food up!!! to which I told them we don’t have a microwave as we don’t reheat food or use a microwave to which he laughed and said put it in the oven ! I said the food was late and would like fresh food sent out to which they said They can’t becuase they are busy and offered 50% off next order which to be honest why would I reorder after this experience ! So he once again said reheat the food eat that and we will send new food but it won’t be there for over an hour! Disgraceful customer service ! Won’t be ordering again after a long shift and a treat night for my family it was ruined by this

Ordered from Bombay Club lots of times as it's on our doorstep. Quality is dropping each time. Tonight's takeaway was lukewarm (we live literally across the road) and very small portions - 5 small pieces of chicken in my biryani and a 1/4 of a bag of chips. The chicken tikka starter was 4 very small pieces of chicken with a few onions thrown on the top. The naan bread was tasty once I had scrapped the burnt bits off! Over priced for the amount and quality of food. Think this may be the last time we order which is a shame as I like to support local business and this restaurant is a local as you can get.

They didn't give us some of the items we had ordered, so we rang them back as soon as we realised and they told us they would come and deliver the rest of our order. After an hour of waiting we rang them again and they told us that they were going to give us the rest of our order next time we ordered with them.
Unfortunately for us we will never get the order cause we're never going to order from them again.

Did not receive the food that I pre-paid for until 2 hours and 15 mins after ordering, when trying to contact the restaurant the line was constantly engaged. When my food was finally delivered it was cold, the rice and the potatoes were missing. I am in the process of being reimbursed for the potatoes but will receive no refund for the rice.. The Manager offered a 20% discount on food the next time I order when it was already 30% off today - a big slap in the face. I will never again order from Bombay Club and advise the following instead: Aroma, Kashmir Delight, Malik's Indian DO NOT BUY FROM BOMBAY CLUB

Very poor quality of food, not constant, cold up stairs. Will not be going again!.

One of my favourite Indian in Stoke. Been to Stoke after long time and gave them a visit. It was just lovely as always.
