We've travelled with Bon Voyage three times now, most recently on a very good trip to British Columbia and then on the Rocky Mountaineer up to Jasper and Banff. It was a very well thought-out itinerary, and the Rocky Mountaineer service is excellent (even if the wildfires were producing a bit too much smoke). Actually, though, what gets our loyalty is the effort they put into sorting out our first holiday, when we arrived in the US to find all the national parks - including two of our hotels - shut down from that day. Being able to re-plan under those conditions really is excellent service.

We've booked our Route 66 honeymoon with Bon Voyage (heading out this August) and from start to finish, the experience has been absolutely fantastic. Amanda is beyond helpful and her insight into the various areas we're visiting is invaluable. She's helped us create the trip of our dreams and I have no concerns at all about how well our trip will go. We can't wait! We've used the company's LoveFund to facilitate our wedding guests donating money towards our trip rather than gifts, which seems to be working well. All in all, a top-class service and exceptional service from Amanda. Highly recommended!

We loved it Amanda Davies did our booking she was fantastic. Very knowledgeable. Of the areas we visited. Gave us plenty of good advice, tailored our holiday around us. Kept giving us different options when we asked for them. Always helpful and happy. And never got fed up with us when we weren't sure she just gave us good advice and help and waited until we were ready and sure. As it's a once in a lifetime adventure we will never forget. It was truly amazing our trip to Canada. �

We have just returned from the most amazing trip to The Canadian Rockies together with an Alaskan cruise. Every detail of the holiday was organised with the help of Jade and she had so many good ideas and tips that it enhanced the whole experience. Both myself and my husband sent her numerous emails and had many phone calls, but nothing was too much trouble for her. When our travel pack arrived in the post, it was so exciting unpacking it and looking at the maps, the folder with all our travel details and hotel vouchers and especially the beautiful spiral-bound book with information, maps, pictures of hotels and sections for notes - such a lovely keepsake. The hotels that Jade suggested were excellent and in great positions making travel and sightseeing seamless. We enjoyed our holiday so much that Jade is now helping us plan our trip for next year - a road trip from Chicago to New Orleans. We can't wait!

We have just returned from another brilliant holiday organised by Bon Voyage, thanks to Jade for her recommendations and help. All the hotels she selected were top class and each one different in their own way. The hotel in Flagstaff even had a 2 mile woodland walk and the lodge in Monument Valley was superb, great views of the sunrise from the verandah. Managed to 'tick off' 2 entries from my 'bucket list' on this trip and also revisit some towns to see places missed on previous visits. Did a round trip through Arizona and New Mexico and for anyone visiting this area around early October the Balloon Fiesta in Albuquerque is not to be missed, however allow a few days there as some of the events can be cancelled if the wind is too strong. We were lucky as attended both an evening glow and a dawn mass ascent. If you are visiting this part of the US don't forget to try out the breweries there - there are some great beers, and the people we met there were really friendly. The drive from Flagstaff to Sedona was well worth it for the views and I think Sedona must be the roundabout capital of Arizona if not the US! Came back with lots of good memories and now have to decide where we want to visit next with Bon Voyage. Thanks Jade and all the team at Bon Voyage

We have just returned from an 11day tour of Nashville, Memphis and New Orleans and it was truely a holiday of a lifetime for us. The team from Bon Voyage especially Rebecca were first class, arrangments all ran smooth with no surprises.



Nashville - we were downtown and within walking distance of all bars and arranged tours, Studio B, Rayman Auditorium(the original Grand ole Opry), the Country Music Hall of Fame and the Johnny Cash museum. Night life was brilliant, the whole place was set to a soundtrack of live music. Remember to take photo proof of identification with you. You will not be allowed alcohol or entry without it. It is the law even when you're knocking 50!



Memphis - Driver picked us up from the hotel lobby on time and drove us the 3.5 hours to The Guesthouse at Graceland. Stunning hotel with the Elvis museum across the road. The Elvis tour was the highpoint for us. It was a good 4 hours although you could spend all day there on the VIP tour that was included. Afterwards we made our way to the picnic tables under the tent at the front of the Graceland exhibition entrance where the taxis are. From here there is a free bus that will take you on the hour to another one of the tours, the Sun Studios and then 20 pass the hour from there to Beale street for the Rock and Soul Hall museum. We then caught the Guesthouse shuttle bus from Hard Rock Cafe half past on the hour from 5.30pm til 10.30pm. Tickets are supposed yo be pre bought at the information booth in the hotel, but the bus driver always let us on as long as we paid when we got back. The information guy at the hotel will sort out a pre booking of a taxi to the Amtrak station, best doing this as it's very early Sunday morning. We were very lucky as we managed to have a photo with Priscilla Presley on our last evening, obviously something that Bon Voyage cannot guarantee, but it was an highpoint of our trip. The Amtrak is a small station, no boards or timetables as it is the only train until the late evening. Check your luggage in. It is straight forward and the hardwork is done for you as you will be on the top deck with no room for large suitcases. When the train comes there is a queuing system on the platform where you will be told your carriage and seat numbers. Long journey but comfortable with plenty of legroom and dining facilities. You will be instructed to go into the terminal building in new orleans to collect your luggage, this is straight forward as again it is a small station.



New Orleans - we got a taxi from the station to the hotel. It is a set fee not very expensive. Hotel is perfectly positioned. When going on the trips you need to walk to the end of Toulouse street at the Mississipi where there is a lighthouse where you have to redeem your voucher for tickets (ignore the voucher where it says you just hand the voucher in, you have to get the tickets). You dont have to do that for the mardi gras world tour. Just hand it in, we walked to it which was bit of a journey but i believe there is a free shuttle bus.



Every trip, every experience was absolutely brilliant which was as much down to the excellent organisation. We took books, but didnt have time to read them. Never walked so much, absolutely tonnes of stuff to see. We have never made so many lifetime experiences, ticking off bucket list items into such a relatively small timeframe. A holiday not to be missed.

We have just completed the first stage of our epic holiday and did some of Route 66. Our flights and car hire and hotels check ins have gone like clockwork. And our final hotel in Santa Fe had the added bonus of a $30 allowance per person for breakfast each day plus a $100 credit per room which we used for a wonderful farewell to Santa Fe dinner last night. We have had two holidays with Bon Voyage. The first with my sister and brother in law to Memphis, New Orleans and finishing with a cruise. The second to Miami then a Panama cruise ending in LA. Amanda arranged everything and was absolutely fabulous. I couldn't ask for a better company.

We have had a few trips to the states and we would not book our holidays to the USA with anyone else. Amanda has always looked after us and made and made our trips very special. The knowledge and professional friendly team have never let us down and we have a big trip book for this year and I am confident it will be just as amazing as always. I discovered Bon Voyage when my fiance and I decided we would like to look into a US Honeymoon. They have been nothing but helpful, thoughtful and just utterly amazing!

Having just returned from our Vegas-Grand Circle trip, I just want to say what an amazing time we had. This has to be all down to the total dedication of Bon Voyage , with particular thanks to Monica who put together the whole itinerary. Every aspect of the trip was just perfect from start to finish. The hotels, the locations, the excursions, the rental car ... everything went like a dream. I cannot praise enough the sheer professionalism and expertise of all those concerned. We came across them via a friends recommendation and we were not disappointed! Lara our consultant was fabulous and planned us the most magical honeymoon possible.
