Excellent product (wall bed) but poor instructions, even missing some instructions.
It can be difficult to get through by phone but when I spoke to them apparently if you leave a message they will get back to you quickly.
I think they can talk through the assembly for parts where the instructions are not clear.

I have the comfy lux sofa bed. I absolutely love it. Very comfy. The customer service needs to addressed. First they got the colour wrong on the order....luckily I had it changed. Then I had to ask for invoices of payment. They didn't charge me for the delivery and I have to come up with another £140 2days before it was being delivered so it could be assembled....even though the lady in the show room remembered me asking for it,they said this was my fault as I should've checked I was charged for it.

I visited the Bonbon showroom in Chelsea and was warmly greeted by a brilliant sale assistant. I tried the Comfy Lux Sofa Bed and was very impressed with the customer service and the amazing product! The products are equally as comfortable when used as a sofa and bed. The products functionality is excellent and they produce a 18cm mattress.
They are friendly and personable – I would absolutely buy a sofa from Bonbon again.
