Very good service and very goos price best place in Luton

Average fast food franchise with easy ordering online. Delivery times vary from 45 minutes to 1.5hrs depending on how busy period it is but you can order at lunch time. Some good and bad orders from this place but it's good value and decent size portions. Used to be generous on the dips.

I came across some bad reviews for this takeaway so I wanted to clear up its far from it. I have been ordering from this takeaway for years and they have 99% of the time delivered food and it's been on point.

Awful food, my first time I visited this place and definitely the last! I ordered two mixed kebabs and a portion of lamb chops. Meat was raw and chips were cold and stale. I binned the whole lot, total waste of money. Plus I asked for salad which was forgotten. You would think with the takeaway competition in Luton, these guys would make an effort. I would give it zero star if it was an option. Absolutely dreadful😡

Maybe one of the worst pizzas Iv eaten. Parts of pizza slices were missing cheese. Ordered wedges and they did not look fresh at all. Very disappointed. First and last time experience.

Sometime the deliver wrong item and sometime don't send sauces to you we requested then when you complain they become rude and arrogant and say they won't give anything if we are rude back so these people are money ripping off giveing unedible food which is raw and now very rude I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMEND ANYONE TO ATTEND THIS RESTURANT IT IS A BIG DISAPPOINTMENT. Will NEVER go back. Please change your attitude guyzz or your business seems to been going low down in a few month/year by reading the previous reviews. 😡

Needs a visit from the Health and Safety Team.
The kebab tasted of raw chicken, because the guy at the back cutting raw chicken decided to help out this colleague at the till using the same knife.
When challenged the guy denied it, wouldn't even taste the kebab himself to confirm, stating everything is fine.

Dont bother going here. I dont how it passed its hygiene checks but it is very dirty. The staff are lazy and rude and the food is very expensive. Better off going g&a.

Terrible place to eat food is always half uncooked and service is normal no complaints about that. However food is unedible and I swear due to poor hygiene the shop should be shut down.

Worse Of the worse take way experiences I've ever had.

I once made a order where they missed out items from the order, and had immense trouble just finding my house. After I made a complaint the manager offer me 2 items to make up for the mistake

When I went to order again and make my claim, I soon received a phone call saying The boss wasn't around, no one can honor the arrangement. and then saying I was harsh in my review in the first place. so I just cancelled my order.

I'll won't be ordering from a restaurant that misses out items, promises to make it up to you and then goes back on their word.

plenty other Peri Peri places around Luton, better give this one a miss.
