So this it, the second venue opening this time next week in Allestree, woodlands school at 6.30 and 7.30 PM. Bring on my first classes, with not forgetting the prosecco! I am so excited and feel very blessed that my frog family is growing Boogie Bounce Xtreme Derby x x x

Went to our first session last night, me, my friend & our 10/11 year old daughters. It was absolutely fabulous & we all loved it! Nice to have something different to do with the girls that we could all enjoy. Honestly didn’t think I’d be able to do the full hour but it wasn’t as hard as I thought & time flew by! Highly recommended � xxx

Very good workout. Gemma and the team are very friendly and make every individual feel welcome. Highly recommend.

This is such a fun workout think fun dancing but on a trampoline in a nightclub. I had to hold on to the bars most of the time for the first session but once I get to know the routine and space I'll let go. Will definitely go back as it was a friendly atmosphere too.

OMG this is insane but yet amazing, I’ve never come across a workout like this one and I fully enjoyed myself, it’s easily adaptable to fit around your own fitness level and Gemma is incredible!! she really keeps your motivation going, I’ll defiantly be returning for another incredible session x

My daughter and I went for a first session today we both loved it, we were made to feel extremely welcome. It was great exercise without even knowing it. Will definitely be back soon. Thank you � x

I was hooked after my first boogie bounce experience! Gemma is so friendly and made me feel welcome instantly. Her energy is contagious which makes the workout fun from beginning to end! I come away not only in a better mood but I feel empowered. What more could you ask of a work out?! ��

Had such a fun time at my first Boogie Bounce class. Gemma was so welcoming and had such great energy that made you want to push through even when gasping for breathe. 2 days later and I am still aching in places I didn't even knew existed! Already booked on for next week and excited to get bouncing again! x x

Did my first session tonight with a friend and we both enjoyed it that much we've bought the 5 session offer can't wait to go again. I've never smiled so much during an exercise class

Can’t believe how good I feel after just three classes- my energy levels and fitness has already improved and the class is fun, you don’t even realise how hard your working. Wish Id found it sooner after struggling find a low impact high intensity workout following an i jury.

Brilliant!!! The time flew by! Gemma is super friendly and even though I was there in my own, was made to feel really welcome by all. I’m going to ache tomo....... but that’s good!!! � can’t wait for next time. Xx
