Not only an amazing exercise class with an amazing teacher but friendly full of fun sessions. Will definitely recommend to everyone regardless of how fit you are! �

I've been going to Boogie Bounce Tern Hill since Julia started classes over a year ago. Fantastic fun,friendly classes which I never get bored of. It's really improved my fitness and has got rid of pain in my knees. 100% recommend these classes.

I have been attending Boogie Bounce with Julia since September 2017 and can honestly say I LOVE IT. I was keen to find an exercise I enjoyed and something I would stick at without getting bored. I have Crohns disease and struggle with my weight due to this together with battling constant fatigue. Boogie bounce has not only helped me loose weight but has increased my energy levels and it has the ability to always lift my mood. Julia is very understanding about all my ailments and continues to support me throughout. I couldn't recommend this class or Julia enough.
