Welcome to our page! Book Aid for Africa (BAFA) is a major initiative, which is promoting excellence in education in Africa. We are headquartered in Sunderland, Tyne and Wear, England. Our initiative is helping to provide good quality books to under-resourced libraries in different parts of Africa. Founded in 2007, BAFA has shipped over 200, 000 books to different countries in Africa, including Nigeria, Ghana, Uganda, Kenya, and Mozambique. Our vision: "We want to make a difference, and address the imbalance, in the educational landscape in Africa, through the provision of good quality books and other educational resources.
