Great initiative but flawed operation. Bookboon is far from it's customer base. The company makes no attempt to actively engaged with it's customers. I had send an email asking if they are going to develop a mobile app to make reading/downloading books easy but till date received no response. Also there is no way we can message to Bookboon directly. Strange company, they seem to be happy in their own world in this age of digitalization.
Psychology and Foundations of Education is a nice course l am encouraging everyone to read this course. It integrates into other disciplines.
Tried to buy a book and was signed up to a subscription instead. Can't cancel the subscription because it says I'm not subscribed! No contact info on their website, no receipt so I have no idea what money they could take from my card - I would not trust this site!

Not good. I had our university office buy one book for consideration in my class. No book arrived, but I'm getting solicitations to join Bookboon premium. I don't want premium I want my book. Posted a service ticket it's at 24 hours no response. Sure wish I had read some of the other reviews posted before I tried this. My office is requesting a receipt for purchase. What sort of online sale process is this? So glad I didn't send 30 students to this site...for the same experience.
I subscribed to monthly premium subscription, I want to access my account,unfortunately forgot my password, i tried to change but i am not receiving any reset password link in my email. I have sent you many emails. Resolve my issue asap plz
I have been trying for days to subscribe to your service, to no avail. Your website keeps telling me that my multiple credit cards have been declined. Yet the same credit cards work on other sites without issue! How do we fix this - in fact I would like a fully functional access for several months for free for the aggravation I have been subjected too.
