We attended Boost today for our daughters 6th birthday. We were served by a lovely lady who really made the experience! She made us laugh and we have never received such good customer service before. She said she was a new member and this was her first weekend and I say keep it up because you made it a wonderful time. Please pay these compliments onto the staff member � boost is a high intensity workout that really pays off as you feel incredible after. What a rush falling from heights into the pits. Will be coming again for sure!

My 7&11 yr old girls have given today’s holiday club a massive thumbs up.

Lots of activities in between the trampolining sessions which were well ran by Danni and Karis all day but all the staff were great & really friendly apparently!

Me and the kids went yesterday we had the whole place to ourself the staff joined in (carris i think the ladys name was) with us which made it even more fun for the kids cant wait to come again for some more fun x

Looked after my son's 6th birthday party very well. All his friends had a great time along with some parents. Getting free voucher for each of the kids at the end was a great touch. Thank you to boost leicester

It may be smaller than the other trampoline parks but it is much cleaner and you can see your kids from the cafe, wherever they are. Much brighter with the paintwork. Yellow and pink is a sunny happy colour. My daughter and friend did not stop bouncing at Boost. They loved it. Will definitely bring them again.

Had a great time this morning staff were excellent been to many trampoline parks but this was great!! My nephew loved it and didn’t want to leave! The cafe was good with a great choice of food and drinks defiantly coming back highly recommend �

Had a fantastic time today for a hen group/party at Boost! The staff were really helpful and friendly and the numbers were low enough to allow us always to be able to access a trampoline or other activity. The wipeout activity and the cardio wall were also challenging but great fun. Even our 70 year old Mum of the bride managed it and was well looked after. Fully recommend

First time we came to visit today. I came with my 10 year old daughter and 15 year old son. It's difficult to find fun things to do as a family that both children enjoy. This place is fantastic, I could see both children having lots of fun and really enjoying themselves. There were lots of different activities to participate in and never got bored. The staff here are so friendly and caring . Will definitely be coming again and would highly recommend it.

First time here and it was great, so much fun, getting out of the foam pits was hilarious, the staff were lovely, it was very quite so we managed to take our time and have a go on all the sections, we will definitely be back, thanks for a fab time �

Fantastic experience!

I booked a boost party for my daughter and her friends! It was very well organised by our host Carisse!!! She made sure all the children had a great time and we able to relax and enjoy the party!

Boost was clean, bright and all the staff were smiling and friendly!

I would definitely recommend this venue to everyone!!!

Brilliant, I was amazed to walk in to such a positive welcome with great staff who entertained and supported the kids! The place is clean and bright with a great view if you’re not jumping, will swap from our regular trampoline park to this one from now on.

Cannot rate this place enough for all four of my kids. There’s something for all ages

Booked a kids party here for my daughter who is nine and her friends .The pizza party with ice drinks went down well with the kids they all loved it ,Fantastic time had by all .The staff were all very helpful and the party host did a great job to ensure all the kids were kept happy .Would definitely go back again as the kids really enjoyed themselves and the staff and customer service that day I found to be excellent .

Lovely place... staff polite and helpful, very clean and tidy.... me and my 5 year old loved it yes it's smaller than some other trampoline parks but made no difference on the experience.. only thing that was a down side is the cafe food is very limited I'm Gluten Free so was nothing there I could eat... mainly consisted of pizza chips nuggets sandwiches ect other than that had a brilliant time and will be returning x

Had a great time with my girls. We attended the last session of the day and there was only a handful of people. Which was really nice as we could freely move around and have a go on everything. There was one particular member of staff she was very friendly and kept making sure we were ok. Which i thought was very thoughtful of her. Thank you for the wonderful experience and we will definitely coming back x

We had my son's birthday party here and i cannot fault the equipment and facilities. Really clean and the kids loved it. However the food was not good. Just some pre-packed sandwiches left on the tables and some crisps on a plate. Not what i was expecting - thank goodness i had thought to order some pizzas as well, but the kids were still hungry so I had to order some chips on the day. It's a shame as it cast a shadow over what was otherwise a great party.

My 4yr old wanted to go, we ended up going in the soft play section which was tiny compared to wacky warehouse etc!! Lad behind the counter said a adult had to bounce with her even tho it says on the website they had to be 4 & over! Was our first time, but quiet disappointed as no one there so thought my daughter would have been fine bouncing on her own with me watching! Got the impression didn’t want us to be there!

It was our 1st and last visit. The person on reception desk was more interested in slagging his workmates off than giving us any information. "You signed a waiver" and "you got proper socks" is really inviting. Then he just walked away without telling us about the safety briefing, where to go for it or anything else for that matter.

In my opinion, the first person you meet sets the tone. If they can't get customer relations right, how can anything else bet up to standard?

I'm afraid I agree with Jo, there is no need for this to be such a strict policy on socks. I had the same and I guess they would have binned the socks I exchanged for. The managers super officious manner was not called for either, it's put us off! That said there were 2 other assistants who were brilliant, 1 other lad who had a much better approach when swapping socks, and the girl behind the counter in the cafe fetched me a coffee to the table, brilliant service! during the session Several other staff were jumping on trampolines and not supervising either. But, as I said 2 staff deserve accolades for customer service!!

When we got there we had to watch a safety demonstration to ensure that we would follow health and safety rules. Fair enough. But a bit hypocritical when we entered the park to find that somebody was hoovering (during the toddler session) and subsequently left the wire dragging along the floor and up the stairs for the kids to trip over. A couple of the areas were not in use for the first 20 minutes of our hour because they were filling the foam pits and hoovering. This should be done before opening up. My daughter entered their colouring competition. The winner receives a months free pass with 5 guests. Well she won on Facebook for having the most likes. But it ended at the end of April and I hadn't heard anything so messaged them twice on messenger, both read and no reply. So I take it they just want the publicity and have no intention of giving her the prize. Won't be bothering again.
