This mornings session was divided into 2. We had an all over body circuit taken by Callum and a boxing circuit taken by Pete. A beautiful morning for training. See you tomorrow if your coming to the families day, if not I will look forward to Monday.

OCR Training Day & BBQ
Whether you have never ran an Obstacle course race (OCR) in your life, have just started or have ran countless before this day is great to work on your obstacle skills... for all abilities and ages 16+
We have a highly skilled team in the form of:
... Andreas Beirne - An ex military PTI who trained soldiers on the assault course daily.
Gary Kennedy - Ex Military PTI, Founder of the award winning Outdoor Training Centre and race director at Judgement Day OCR.
Tim Lovett - An all round OCR genius and legend, Founder of obstacle kit and a man of many talents.
The Training day will last 2 hours, of which you can expect to be taught skills on Rope climbs, Walls, Monkey Bars, Quarter pipe ramp and more...
After the skills training we will be having a team event where you can put what you have learnt into practise... A great training session consisting of exercise and the obstacles all in one... Work hard as a team, learn as a team and build comradary...
And to finish off with a BBQ!!

This morning we did a High Intensity Interval Training session. 4 rounds of 9 exercises. Everyone worked hard and will be feeling the benefit. Have a great weekend. See most of you for our social outing tonight.

Yesterday’s session was a team relays circuit. It was another different type of training session that we have done. There was lots of team cohesion and support. It was a very enjoyable session and well done to everyone. See you all Saturday

The guys are great, really motivating and fantastic! Can really see what areas are weaker/what will need more work..�. Will be getting my husband signed up 10 for £10 for sure �
Loved it tonight! Loads of variety and all the instructors were very encouraging. Can't wait for Wednesday now! Highly recommend and very well run.
Great sessions. Instructors are friendly, knowledgable and keep the sessions fun, inclusive but give people of all fitness levels a good workout. Would definitely recommend.

Found tonight hard but enjoyable. It highlighted how much I’d let my fitness slip and I have a long way to go to get it back which has made me even more determined to keep it up. I was allowed to work at my own pace which took the pressure off. Thank you for a great first session �
