Boote-eek catering main service is provided from our lovley purple and gold van with our well dressed team we aim to serve locally sourced produce , fair trade coffee and specialty teas this summer we will be trying our old recipes but on the streets of Manchester and markets around the northwest we have beer battered haggis with bubble and squeak with a rich foristier sauce , cooked to order fish finger butties with gratinated herb crust and homemade tatter sauce both of these dishes are available as salad boxes we keep our portions big and our prices low ! ! ! look forward to you trying our new dishes
