I love this supermarket. Great selection of branded and own brands. Local produce and unusual items. Super helpful staff. Wish we had this in the south.

Great product range in a calm civilised environment. Cafe facilities are good too.

There was an excellent range of good. Store was clean and bright
Only disappointment was attitude of cashier. When asked about small bag which had been given, he slammed another down. Then he apologised rather pointedly to next customer for delay. There was no delay. His attitude was rude and unacceptable. Sad as store is superb.

slow staff. Need replacing with younger, more outgoing folk. Other than that this place is standard and too many upper class people come here to ship. Inflated prices

Excellent, if fairly small, high end supermarket. Great for teas and coffees, wine and beer, and local produce in general. I'm very glad that we have Booths instead of Waitrose in this region.

Highend supermarket with an excellent range of products. Good parking.

Good food but dearer than Aldi

I have shopped at this Booths Carnforth store since it opened many years ago, but my recent shopping experiences here have left me frustrated and more than a tad disappointed.

There has clearly been a disproportionately high turnover of experienced staff in recent months, which may have contributed to the store's significant decline.

It is also noteworthy that many traditionally stocked quality fresh food items appear to have been replaced by Booths own lacklustre brand items and which fail to "hit the note" and guarantee repeat business.

Additionally, the customer check out experience at the tills has also significantly deteriorated in this store, often characterised by one or two Booths operatives struggling to sustain a pace to satisfy and maintain customer demand.

In short, this Booths store has all the developing hallmarks of a struggling rudderless ship....perhaps management grades at this Branch should be more visibly "hands on" to facilitate necessary improvements, instead of simply parading around the store in white shirts whilst appearing to be ineffective and counterproductive?

Come on Booths you can do better than this to achieve and maintain your corporate mission and Brand reputation with your customers!!

OK place but would be better if the chatting in the kitchen could not be heard in the sitting area.
