Friendly staff, good selection of products. Pharmacy too.

Always waiting a long time for prescriptions and opening up most staff are polite and freindly however one girl no a pharmacist was rude to me today and told me to get out of the way not very polite and didn't apologise I tend not to shop in boots as the prices are too high I prefer to shop elsewher often items aren't in the repeat prescription bag I've requested and generally feel at peak Times I'm not offered enough privacy to take my medication in private whichakes me very stressed and anxious beccles needs cheapet places to buy everyday medications and toiletries would benefit Dr having a wilko asda poundland also and pick and asda which are much cheaper than boots im sure other people in beccles feel the same took it could also benefit by having a poundstretchers wilko and savers and specsavers instead of so many charity shops

I use boots to collect my medication and I find all of the staff are polite and helpful
