Boots

I want to give no stars went in on Saturday for a prescription to be told they had what I needed. Getting there they only had half and said they would order more for Monday, popped in on Tuesday to collect and well no order and one snotty lady behind counter she was rude to me looked at me as if I was a peice of s**t. As I am now out of my prescription and need it I will have to go out of my way to hospital where I got the note from to get more.... I shall not and will not recommend this place to anyone as for the rude staff they need to be retrained in mannors

Large Boots with a good choice of products from all categories. Highlight of this store has to be the staff, who are always eager to help.

the pharmacy is definitely the best boots one in Norwich, very helpful staff who know what they are talking about!
