Great service.

No matter what time of day you go to drop off or pick up a prescription, you always have a long wait. Then when you go to pick up they spend ages looking for your drugs. This pharmacy, for all its staff and apparent knowledge takes an age to deal with your request. This is not a recent problem its been like it for a long time. Have the people who look at the results of the survey on the counter ignored ignored its findings or have people of Plymstock been to polite to tell the truth. What ever the reason its customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Perhaps try up the road at Gallaghers.

Went in today to get medication. Was about 3pm. Went home to find in evening the tablet was not even in the box but yet signed to say it was checked! So goes to show the person checking was too lazy to do their job properly. Will be returning to get the medicine and will be taking this futher as its disguisting
