A clean and well presented store with attentive staff

Staff are always lovely and welcoming.

Dear products and went in to ask for a product to be told it would be easier to go to savers next door so lack of products and customer service

Mostly good but the last couple of times customers are waiting about while there are about 3 staff doing nothing. The text facility for prescriptions needs more work. They messed up twice with my husband's and I got my direct debit form back twice when they completed it for me.

Awful customer service, staff have no idea about the products what they are trying to sell. Hardly ever a staff member on the shop floor for advice.

Not the best Boots. Prescription service disorganised.
