Boots Scarborough pharmacist was brilliant!! Helped out with emergency prescription at short notice. A credit to her profession.

Shocking experience in Pharmacy! Girl rude and blurts out ALL personal info to ALL! Not returning to Pharmacy although shop staff knowledgable and attentive.

A thread running through here - staff are not interested in customers and the store is dated and tired. I went in to try and sort out some photographs for printing and it seemed like a huge effort for the staff to try and help me. I left because they didn't seem to know what they were doing and they were happy to go back to their conversation which I had clearly interrupted with my needs.
Will avoid in future, suggest others do the same.

Good selection of products. Reasonable prices good offers on hair products and loyalty points very good. Let down by dis interested staff. Happy to continue chatting to eat other while serving. To be honest staff were the same the last time I shopped there.

As mentioned by someone else here, the shop is dated and dark. Scarborough deserves better. The selection, as with most Boots, is excellent and while the prices might be higher than other places, the generous advantage points scheme definitely makes up for the difference.

Nice size store with helpful staff

A very dated boots, really could do with a face lift. Always seems dark when I'm picking a few things up. However I do like the boots chain. The price may nit be as competitive as say body care or superdrug but the selection is a lot better and the staff definitely seem more helpful and knowledgeable. I'm asking myself am I been hard on it, only giving it three stars.. But there are many a time when I've walked out, walked almost next door to the local superdrug and found what I wanted considerably cheaper.. I'll stick with three stars!!

Easy for disabled to get around optician upstairs

Sells all the bits and bats I need and it's a good place to pick up little presents like No7 makeup or gift sets. Nearly always come here for my hair dye and hair care items!
