Some staff clearly don't enjoy their job but others are very helpful. However their weighing scales seem to always be broken.

Don’t go here often but always quiet when I do go and being a bigger store they always seem to have all I need.

Very poor service the biggest boots in the north west and they have no baby milk shocking who's is doing the orders I think they need the sack very unprofessional won't be going back please avoid this boots

I am not a big make up shopper and get flustered and stressed out when I have to buy any. So tonight I built my confidence up and walked into boots on the colisium and went straight to the make up counter where I was greated by Petra I would just like to say how very helpful she was and made it a very nice experience buying make up and I left your store with everything I wanted on my list and feeling really good. Credit to Petra she really knows what she is talking about. Thank you very much and I am looking forward to use my makeup for this weekend's wedding 🤗

Situated on the Coliseum, sells medicine, aftershave, perfume, etc.. Nice shop

One of the staff (a young lady) smelled like she had just run a marathon through a sewer no ex use when your stacking a shelf with deodorant

Staff are miserable and act like you don't exist. Only use the place reluctantly for collecting parcels.
