Boots

Boots pharmacy is really helpful and friendly..just got 1problem ..my mom missed her medicine because someone forgot to re-order for me..
Now the boots says its her GP fault for not sending the presciption, but when i go to GP they say its boots fault because they send just very late..now what is the customer supposed to do ? she is the one not getting her medicine, she missed her morning and afternoon medicine because of it.plus this is not the first time it has happened.
Both GP and Boot's pharmacy need to accept their fault and be humble about it.. Dont go blaming one another..we really dont care whose fault it is..we just want our medicine..

Bit awkward to go up to the first floor with pushchair or wheelchair as you have to get a member of staff to escort you in the lift, and you can be waiting a while for someone to be available to take you back down. Staff are cheerful and helpful, store is generally well stocked .
