Friendly staff and helpful.
However, I have a repeat prescription for which I am supposed to receive text messages when they are due and ready.
Several times now I haven't received the text messages and consequently I have run out of vital medication.
And the nature of my condition means I need reminding......a lot.
Not good. Not good at all.

Used this pharmacy multiple times over the 2 years I was at UEA and there was always some sort of issue. I'd have to wait 40 minutes for them to sort of my prescription whilst I watched staff gossiping, they would claim prescriptions hadn't been sent through when they had, and on a few occasions they actually got my prescription wrong. Much better off getting a paper prescription and taking it in town to one of the several pharmacies there.

Staff nice but repeat prescriptions needlessly complicated and great number of mistakes/missed repeat prescriptions. Every month the "rules" of how to correctly ensure the repeat prescriptions are handled change. Endless issues getting basic monthly medicine.
