#MuscleLabquicktip (Portion control)
Taking control of your portion size is a great way to help reduce those calories whilst still enjoying the foods you love!
Here are a few quick tips...
... 1. Try using smaller plates 🍽when serving your meals. Believe it or not there are studies that show eating from a smaller plate can trick the brain into thinking you have consumed a bigger meal. Thus causing you to eat less. The same trick can be applied to drinks too!🥂🍺
2. Eat smaller meals more regularly throughout the day. When you eat a meal your body burns energy when digesting the food, so, if you’re eating more regularly it will keep your metabolism active and help curb snack cravings.🔥🔥
3. Even when eating out you can still take control! Ask for kid’s size portions or half portions when you order, it might sound silly but if you’re serious about your goals who give a s!?*t. 💩Also why not try sharing with a friend? Split a main meal, not only will you save on calories but on money too. 💵💵

... Declan has worked with various professional combat athletes such as UFC star Molly McCann and former cage warriors champ Lee chadwick and has also recently delivered the same seminar for the likes of Team GB Wrestling... 🤓🤓
This time we will be covering weight management and weight cutting for combat sports. this is perfect to help sharpen those coaching tools and stay up to date with the best tips and techniques when it comes to performance nutrition 😉🤓
The seminar will run for a full day, including takeaway resource pack and slides...
