Went to Borellis yesterday (25th May) to meet up with a friend. I have had lunch at Borellis, but never an evening meal, and it was excellent. My friend and I both had the Lime & Ginger Crevettes to start, which was absolutely delicious. I then had the fillet steak, which was very tender. Our waitress was an absolute delight and couldn’t do enough for us, checking on ingredients of various sauces, etc. All in all, a lovely evening.

Quiet meal upstairs early on was good : scallops and prawns to start. Lamb and steak for main left us both too full for a sweet. Service was friendly, and efficient. The party downstairs only really got going around 11 but they then it was good till closing time at 1:30 am : made a few new friends �

Our first visit to Farnham to stay with friends we went to Borellis on our first night. Lovely bar and music. I had spicy chicken kebabs which were very tasty. We had lovely service as well. Definitely come again when we are in Farnham!

Loved the atmosphere of the place. Staff were all friendly and were not “over” attentive. Lovely place.

Had lunch with my daughter and we both thought the food was really tasty and didn't wait long for our food, staff really friendly too, will be back �

Great new addition to their menu Fully Loaded Pizza, tried the Borellis special, loved it.

Was there on the 16th Sept celebrating a significant birthday ; I thought the place was welcoming and well maintained, the bar staff were very polite in particular Jo. She was so patient and respectful of us 50 somethings ordering shots like we were 21 again

Great staff and good wine selection. Fairly lively for a Weds and ooen till midnight.

Fun & lively atmosphere, friendly staff �����

It was ok, I personally think it's a little over priced and lacking atmosphere. On the plus side they have nice chips and a good choice of meals

Drank and ate there yesterday. Meal was so so. Gammon egg and fries was probably best of the bunch. Hunter chicken a bit too sweet owing to barbq sauce and thai salad with fried rice disappointing tbh. Service very good though attentive waitress and excellent town centre location

Waited ages for our lunch and then it was not what I ordered. Such a shame - this is the second time this has happened this month. I had hoped it was a one-off but maybe not?

Went there last night for my husbands work Christmas meal. Chunks of raw garlic in the Camembert which was supposed to be baked inside a ciabatta bread, instead it came with tiny pieces of dry bread, mains again had garlic in, dessert wasn’t too bad but definitely not worth £27 a head. Would not recommend

Went in here for drinks tonight with a few old mates for a mates last night out before he gets married , took

Some pics of the boys sat at the bar, as you do , at no time was my phone pointing in the direction of behind the bar , I was later in the evening approached by door staff accusing me of taking pictures of the bar maids , who apperently were to use his words freaked out , despite the fact he said he didn't want to see the pics all 4 of them I took, I showed him , he called one of the so called freaked out bar maids over I showed her the pics on my phone of a few 50 plus yr old lads who are def , not barmaids , I told her they shouldn't flatter themselves Im

Proper gent & def not interested in taking photos of them as they are not stunning by all means ,

All of us were extremely offended by this & will not be returning to such a sad place , i myself am disgusted , we put our unfinished drinks on the bar & left , ignoring the barmaids thanks guys looked like you were having a great night well yes we had a great night but not in Borellis , we went on to spend a lot of money in another bar which was much more welcoming with bar staff that didn't think they were so marvellous that every bloke on the planet was lusting after them , your loss Borellis another bars gain

So I'd avoid lads if you've got plenty to spend & want a good night without bar staff thinking they are Kate moss or Claudia Schiffer etc , the staff were all right but obviously a bit to important to themselves , without realising that they aren't everyone's cup of tea

Visit this bar all the time, but won't again. The manager is a vial human being. He is rude and obnoxious and was very aggressive to two girls in there. When challenged about being rude he just shrugged and stated he wasn't. His customer service is no existent and the company I was drinking with were disgusted with his behaviour and will all not be drinking there again.

Had an awful night here booked to have the whole upstairs not to be provided food was under cooked left chicken pink in the middle poor service then the owner tried to lie to say it was because the party of 22 were to loud and had a food fight that left his restaurant in a mess which is a lie then 7 days later took money from my account without authorization I would not recommend it here rude staff and disgusting owner
