Welcome to Borrowed Light.
I am a photographer based in Berkshire who loves people. Put simply, it is that which fuels my enthusiasm for weddings and experiencing the relationships and emotions that are shared on such a special day.
Privileged is the only way i can describe being asked to photograph a couples wedding, being welcomed in to a family event and capturing their story with a narrative, honest and reportage approach.
I offer distinctive wedding photography which allows you a highly personable and focussed service. Priding myself in attention to detail and making every part of the preparation, the day and the after as easy and enjoyable as possible.
An unobtrusive and human perspective allows us the pleasure of working with some fabulous venues including the prestigious Coworth Park in Ascot, part of the exclusive Dorchester Collection.
Collections or packages, are built around you in a completely bespoke offering considering everything about your day which makes it truly yours.

Kids at your wedding....there is a question! Personally we chose not to have children purely because there was a limitation on the number we could have so choosing who's was never going to be a great task. Therefore we opted for a full 'let your hair down' affair & asked people to come with only their party shoes. This doesn't mean though that they don't make an incredible guest & a very important part of the day. I missed my niece so much! A great way to keep them entertained though.....beautiful canvas bags full of surprises. I loved shooting this wedding for some friends of mine. It was so intimate and such a relaxed and welcoming celebration. With the after ceremony reception and dinner held in a local pub, we all had a great time just enjoying each others company and sharing special moments of the day and lots of family memories.
