She received her training at the College of Naturopathic Medicine, London, and is a member of the Association of Naturopathic Practitioners (ANP), General Naturopathic Council (GNC) and the Association of Master Herbalists (AMH). Her mission is to provide menstruating and birthing people with the care and support they deserve to feel at optimal health, full of vitality and emotionally and physically empowered. She believes in a holistic and personalised approach to healthcare and uses botanical medicines as her primary treatment, alongside lifestyle, nutrition and mind-body practice recommendations to help her clients achieve optimal health and vitality.
