Botleigh Grange Hotel And Spa

Had a private party here, staff were amazing and very accommodating. Room was great, really big and spacious. The outside does not do the place justice as it could do with a facelift, but when you get in it's fantastic.

Initially booked a room for 2 people we where given a family room with 2 bunk beds and a double bed
Was supposed to be a romantic day off ...... fill the gap yourself
Food was good however had to re offer as some of the items that was displayed on the menu was not available. Room that we had could benefit from a modernisation. Got a £10 discount...WHOOP WHOOP.

The Spa experience here was great and everything I expected. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It is hard to find such a quaint setting so close to the industry of Southampton.

Old quaint hotel with a real magical garden in the back worth a large pond and weeping willows and a large front yard with horses. Stayed there for one night. Feels like you're in another era. Very authentic. Loved it!

Slightly disappointed by our stay. Cobwebs in the bedroom, dusty. Fairly clean other wise. Dinner on the restaurant was really good, buffet breakfast however was pretty bad. Cold beans, burnt black pudding and cold coffee. Fun stay though and the spa is decent enough. Don't believe the hotel deserves it's four star rating. Other all, not bad but could be better. Honourable mention to the staff who were good, if a little young and seemingly lacking in direction!

Liked it so much we are having my daughters wedding reception here.food is great rooms are clean and inviting .grounds are beautiful staff friendly

No heating, no food, poorly trained staff. No way a 4 *. Terrible, stayed in lots of hotels and some were poor but this has to be the worst run of them all. Waited 50 minutes for breakfast. Wasn't offered a drink for 40 minutes until the breakfast order was taken (when prompted). Porrige was cold and uncooked. Obviously being run on a shoestring. Do not go here. Serious attention needed.

Very easy to get to. Food and tea was delightful, tasty and delicious. Not really ideal for toddlers as there are deep lakes which are not fenced off.

Always a pleasure. Breakfast is amazing. Spa is fab and rooms....alittle tired but amazing sizes x staff are lovely
