Very happy indeed - Good old fashioned customer service was great. We discussed our requirements and were provided with several good solutions. The car we chose was perfect and ticked all boxes. It came with a few minor adjustments to our liking, a brand new full service and full years MOT as well as a very affordable 15 month warranty for extra piece of mind. It's been a few months now, we couldn't be happier and can't recommend it highly enough!

After a very unpleasant experience at a car supermarket we went along to see Ian at Botley car sales which turned out to be a much better experience - we saw a car we liked and he gave us the keys and totally left us to our own devices no hard sell or lies needless to say we bought the car and we're very pleased with it. The car had 6 months MOT but Ian insisted on getting a full year before we collected it - can't ask for more than that. We highly recommend them and would definitely do business with them again. Buying a car can be a daunting prospect but at this dealership I found it a stress free experience. Normally your hassled from the off by the sales staff so I was pleasantly surprised when being left to browse the stock at my own leisure. Once needed, the service was brilliant. All the staff were helpful and knowledgeable along with being very approachable. I would highly recommend giving them a visit as you'll be very hard pushed to find a better local dealership.

This was the most pleasant way to buy a car. The salesperson (Ian) was very accommodating and did anything within his power to make the whole purchase as easy and smooth as possible. We had the car a couple of weeks and had a small list of silly things that needed looking at and there was no quibbles with anything.
We were so impressed we have told family and friends and another family member has already bought from them with the same ease and no quibble purchase.
Highly recommended for your purchase of a vehicle. You can't do any better than buy from these guys.

I purchased a Fiat Panda Dynamic 1.2 in October 2013, the deal was excellent, and the ongoing service has been equally good. I had one problem at the start, which was corrected speedily, and since then, 7 months on, it has been superb, a quality car, thank you.
Update: Now 1 year and 4 months and still excellent, no problems.
