Super duper!

I agree with the last two pp. Service is absolutely appalling. Not one person in this office has a clue as to what they are doing. Getting hold of the officer in charge has been futile and they do not respond to email correspondence. Lack of professionalism. Leaving a voice message is pointless.The office conduct is embarrassing. They should close shop as clearly they are useless. Abhorrent to say the least!

Visa service is extremely unprofessional and tardy. I had to call multiple times to know if my visa was processed. And I had to visit the embassy twice to collect my visa since the guy who stamps them was late. Receptionists were nice and empathetic though!

Quite possibly the worst service I have ever received!! Their office hours are whenever they feel like "popping" into the office.I honestly have no idea why this building is operating in the middle of London because they clearly are not assisting any Batswana in the UK.Its just absolutely shocking!

The service is really slow they kept saying they will call me and never did I'm really not happy with their customer service is really poor, I don't even know how many times I called them to check how far is my passport 😡😡I called today guess what they said they had virus on their computer is that an excuse or what 🙄🙄🙄
