We are a Buckinghamshire based Building & Development team with 15 years' experience managing everything from loft conversions, extensions and total refurbishments. We specialise in the complete renovation of derelict properties and are familiar with working to architects designs, as well as building control and conservation restrictions.   We carry out all types of internal &  external alterations and structural reconfigurations to a high standard. We also undertake cosmetic works including upgrading kitchens &  bathrooms and also decorative &  remedial works. Working on listed buildings and properties in conservation areas requires a more sympathetic approach. We have experience with both of these areas and we are happy to liaise with the conservation department to meet any restrictions that must be discharged during the renovation or building project. Sourcing reclaimed,  best fit or approved materials, arranging bespoke products from various trades and liaising with your architect, engineer and building control are all services we provide.
