first visit today, staff and the manager who spoke to us very friendly, andsaid if not too busy could stay on longer but my daughter sweating after hour n half but for fiver on groupon I couldn't complain! café very clean and reasonable priced, we already planning our return visit so thank u x

We had our son’s birthday party here with about 20 kids. They all really enjoyed it and Lisa from Bounce Central was amazing and did a fantastic job of organising and feeding them. Would definitely recommend. �

Tonight my daughter had her 8th birthday party here. I won the party by like and sharing the bounce page. It was amazing from start to finish. The staff was lovely and couldn't do enough for us, especially Alice who was our host . Thank you so much you made my little girls birthday so special . ��

My daughter had a party here on Sunday,it was amazing she really enjoyed every minute of it.I just want to say a huge thank you for everything on the day.Our party host was Ellie and nothing was too much trouble,she was very helpful and friendly throughout the party,a credit to your company � great place,lovely food and i would definently return in the future and recommend to friends and family.

My boy had his 9th birthday here today and he loved it our party host Lisa was amazing all the kids loved her and no doubt we will be back very soon

Me and my fiance visited this afternoon with our 2 year old he absolutely loved it nice clean place nice friendly staff good workout for mum and dad too � we will defiantly be back great afternoon thanks.

Just had my daughters 3rd birthday here, fantastic. Lisa was absolutely amazing from start to finish, she took all the stress from the day from me so much so i really enjoyed the party too! with 20 children to sort and organise she was a complete professional nothing was too much trouble and she was lovely with all the children and adults. A huge thank-you!!!!! �

I won a Facebook competition for the party bonanza for 20 children and had my 2 daughters joint birthday party here this afternoon (3 & 9 year old). The party was fantastic from start to finish despite it being unbearably hot on the trampolines and upstairs - this did not stop the children from enjoying themselves. The children had great fun on the trampolines, and then really enjoyed their food and ice cream. The host, Dannika, was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Nothing was too much trouble for her. Some of the children who attended the party said they didn't like it ... they loved it!! Thank you to all of the staff at Bounce Central today but especially Dannika for everything you did for us. We will definitely be visiting again with our own 3 children and will consider parties I the future.

I have been here on many occasions, in the hour that I was there, I saw, who I can only presume was the manager running the desk, in the kitchen and cleaning the upstairs area. He obviously takes pride in the business. The park lay out is good, the second level allows all the trampolines to be viewed.

The food looked nice, although we didn't try, my only niggle on this occasion was the slushes were mainly ice crystals. Love the toddler sessions too, I noticed the area upstairs now has a play bit and game console.

Held my daughters 7th birthday here today! It was fab! All the kids had an amazing time! Nothing was too much trouble for any of the staff, all the parents commented on how brill everything was, such good value for money, I’m so happy we chose bounce, I was really impressed �

Had our daughters 4th birthday party here last weekend and she absolutely loved it. A special thanks to Lisa who did everything she could to take all the stress away from us and made sure our daughter had the best time. Would highly recommend this to everyone.

Fabulous party today at Bounce Central Swinton for my daughter’s 7th birthday. Staff were amazing, particularly our party host Ellie who was always on hand, really helpful, courteous and great with the guests! Fab time had by all! Thank you!

Excellent value tooke my son who is nearly 2 for the todler session today. Children a fiver and adults was free. Had to just pay for the special socks (£1:50). My son got a free drink and sandwhich included with the price.

Booked Bounce for our daughters 6th Birthday. Lisa, our Party Host, was excellent and made sure the kids had a fantastic time and took care of every detail to make sure the party ran smoothly and was totally stress free for us! Would highly recommend Bounce, and Lisa, to anyone who’s thinking about holding a birthday party there.

Overall my visit with my 2 granddaughters (4&5) was ok . But straight off in my opinion this place is under staffed , it started when the day before I couldn't get through on the phone to book , tried all day no reply . I questioned this on our arrival the day after , the girl on the desk was lovely and very apologetic, but she said they just didn't have time to answer the phone . I asked to see the manager , after 10 mins he didn't appear, so I sort him out myself, he just came out with lame excuse about staff sickness and rushed off up to cafe area where there was a birthday party going on . My 2nd cause for concern was the trampoline area itself, there was 1 member of staff to oversee the whole area , she was doing her best and was very pleasant and calm with everyone, but even she couldn't stop some kids breaking the rules :e.g. Throwing stuff , older children straying into under 6 area .extra staff should have been brought in after all it was half term !! Bad management as far as I'm concerned

Well my sons party was booked in for 4 o’clock today said

Was amazing done everything they could for me so sweet! But the manager on the other hand what a rude Man he is he booked my party in weeks ago only to put on the form the 3.5.18 when it was the 3.2.18 was not prepared atall! I complained that they changed the party packages without informing people who has booked party’s in I payed £16.95 a child yet I could of had everything I had today in the new package and even more for £13 a child! The food was terrible burnt chicken nuggets! Supposed to get cupcakes which was actually cheap stale muffins! Played

Wrapping more than 1 present! Lazy if u ask me! I payed £305 for this party and if u ask me it was an absolute shamble a proper rip of I would not recommend what so ever but the young girl who hosted my sons party was so nice I felt sorry for he tbh Cos I can imagine the greif what she gets of

Parents regarding there party’s! She tried her very best! Supposed to have a table reserved with juice on has to ask for a table And more chairs and juice!!! Bounce central u are a complete rip off and need To book your ideas up. Some people are not as honest as me but that what my son had today was scandalous!!!!!!

I am disgusted, came for first time today and will never return. Brought my grandson who was with a birthday party and booked my daughter in to bounce, after the hour session she was starving and i was told it was a 1/2 hour wait on food as they were doing food for parties, daughter then in tears. Grandson eating at the party, i try to reorder 1/2 hour later to be told they wont be doing food, i'm furious �

Had to cancel last night at 7pm unaware that to cancel it wouldof had to been 10am that morn so now ive had to let me son know we carnt go whicj caused alot of upset surely would of been a cancelation they open until 10pm oh well of our list as a family day out
