Ain’t that the truth.. before ((BOUNCE)) I had spent years trying to find an exercise that I would give some consistency too and actually show up! I really enjoy weights for strengthening so when I found ((BOUNCE)) I knew I had found my cardio and unknowingly gained more toning and strengthening.
