It was a scorcher of a day yesterday ЁЯШО and we joined QE school for their summer fete.

Stay Hydrated During our Classes
It is extra important that you take in more water than usual before, during and after exercise, especially on the hotter days!
Before ((B))... It is important to take in extra water before you exercise as it gives your muscles the energy it needs for the exercise and ensures your heart does not have to work harder than it needs to!
During ((B)) When you exercise, you can sometimes lose up to nearly a litre an hour of your stored water! This is mainly because you tend to sweat a lot (if youтАЩre working super hard) and because you breathe more heavily. So it is important you drink plenty of water during exercise to ensure you can maintain your energy levels, keeps you working for longer and prevents dehydration, especially on hotter days!
After ((B)) You will more than likely be wanting a drink after you have finished your exercise because of all the fluids you lost through sweat and heavy breathing. So drinking water after you have exercised will help to restore your normal body fluid level and helps your muscles to recover.

... WeтАЩre very lucky as we have a range of ticket types at ((BOUNCE)) that have evolved over the years to give more flexibility and also different options to suit different lifestyles.
WeтАЩre going to break them down below so you can see what is on offer and maybe you might find that once upon a time you were a straight up тАШBring A FriendтАЩ ticket type but a тАШClass PassтАЩ, тАШSingle TicketтАЩ or тАШEarly BirdтАЩ might be more to your liking!
BRING A FRIEND ЁЯТЩ 2 attendees in the same session - ┬г13.50 ЁЯТЩ We love a ((BOUNCE)) buddy as sometimes they are the motivation we need when trying something new. They spur us on to get out the door and laugh at our excuses when we try to slob it on the sofa ЁЯТЩ Works out to be slightly cheaper than a Single Ticket each person ЁЯТЩ CanтАЩt be transferred or amended
SINGLE TICKET ЁЯТЦ 1 attendee - ┬г6.95 ЁЯТЦ Does what it says; 1 attendee per class ЁЯТЦ The Queen aka the Beyonc├й of all ticket types as it offers the most flexibility due to more spaces being available to choose from ЁЯТЦ The standard amendment policy applies; transfers must be made a minimum of 48hrs before the booked date and it is subject to availability within a two week period after the initial booking date
EARLY BIRD ЁЯТЫ 1 attendee - ┬г6.25 ЁЯТЫ Only three Early Bird spaces are available for each class so youтАЩve got to be quick and catch the worm when you can ЁЯТЫ Must be booked at least one week in advance of the class ЁЯТЫ Can be transferred but it MUST be for another Early Bird session as the system recognises тАШlike for likeтАЩ. This means that if there are many тАШEarly BirdтАЩ ticket type lovers, then it can be very hard to come across another Early Bird session as they have been snapped up ЁЯТЫ The standard amendment policy applies; transfers must be made a minimum of 48hrs before the booked date and it is subject to availability within a two week period after the initial booking date
CLASS PASS ЁЯТЬ 6 classes - ┬г39 ЁЯТЬ Classes must be within a 30 day period ЁЯТЬ The 30 days is set from the first date a class is booked ЁЯТЬ Works out to be slightly cheaper than a Single Ticket at ┬г6.50 per class ЁЯТЬ Plan in advance and it means your workout dates are sorted. Some of us like to have the dates locked in so we can ensure our workout is a priority and we can schedule around it ЁЯТЬ The standard amendment policy applies; transfers must be made a minimum of 48hrs before the booked date and it is subject to availability within a two week period after the initial booking date. However, youтАЩve got to make sure itтАЩs within the 30 day period overall
