Well run and plenty of trampolines with no wait time . Very clean and tidy and despite this hot weather it was airy.

We had my sons birthday party at the bounce house today, we had a fantastic time everyone enjoyed bouncing. There was plenty of food to feed 11 children and the adults.

Our experience was made so easy thanks to Josie our party hostess, she explained everything and was brilliant with the children. Josie made sure that everything was organised so we didn’t have to worry about anything.

Big thank you Josie, you were amazing a real asset to the bounce house team �

Took our 8 year old daughter and 11 friends for her birthday party. Was brilliant, dedicated party host was really helpful ensured we had plenty of squash and that all kids were happy. Generous amount of pizza and chips for the children and the free hot drink for us was really welcomed. We paid for ourselves to Bounce too as did her Uncles so was a real family fun birthday. We all were very tired by the end. Thanks Bounce House �

I have to say a great time was had by all, it was my youngest birthday party. Hats off and much praise to Lilly our party host. She went above and beyond for us. Was so helpful and accommodating. Little did I know that one little girl did not like pizza and chips. She went off and asked for a ham sandwich for her. Came back with one as she didn't want the little girl to go with out. She was very helpful and polite. The kids had a whale of time. And the birthday girl can not wait to go back!!!

I brought my son and his friend this afternoon and they both had a fantastic time! Great staff who were very helpful and friendly, super clean and spacious setting on top of great value for money. We will definitely be coming back - but next time i will definitely be bouncing too will certainly spread the word and be recomending.

Held my 11 year old's birthday party here yesterday and the kids all loved it. I loved that the staff were on hand overlooking all the activities, made it all the more relaxing for us while the kids worked up a real sweat and appetite! Have another party already booked.

All 3 children had a fab time. Was our first visit, the kids were a bit grumpy that they had to watch the safety video in their jumping time, although it was only about 5mins long. Maybe an advisory to arrive 10mins early and show it at 5 to the paid hour would be an idea? Great fun and will be back though 🙂

A great day out the kids love it. This is all about getting involved and for once an activity where kids and parents need to be responsible for themselves. Read a couple of whinging reviews and my answer is 'get stuck in with your kids for a change'

A bit smaller than some of the other trampoline parks in the region but still well worth a visit. Took my 11 year old and his friend and they both had a fantastic time. A bit confusing with signs for drinks purchases but would imagine this will be ironed out once this side of Boomerang is fully up and running. Although, I was a bit concerned about carrying a tray of hot drinks through Boomerang and back upstairs to the Bounce House area past children playing in Boomerang. All in all a great addition to Boomerang and highly recommended.

The children loved it, had the whole place to themselves on the 5 till 6 session.

Only negative I had was that the price is a bit much for what’s on offer.

Don't like the very small TV screen to watch the children ,sit too close and I get neck ache move further away and I can't keep my eye on them as screen is too small to be split into four areas.need to make a hole in the wall as the other side for watching soft play. Also party tables were placed in front of screen .a lot of mums sit looking at their phones or drink coffee and chat but for a grandma I like to be watching the children I'm in charge of.

We arrived in plenty of time. Went to reception and said we had a booking. I asked for socks as the 2 boys hadn't visited bounce house before. Didn't get asked size or anything, just given 2 pairs of rolled up socks. We were given 4 bands and no communication or anything, even though there were only 2 children. I gave 2 back. Noticed some guests walking around with absolutely massive socks that didn't fit them properly. No direction of where to go or what to do. So in the end as we were early went upstairs. Then the boys noticed that other children were on the benches so they went over. They had a briefing and then went downstairs into the bouncing area. Even though there was a sign that said water drinks only allowed beyond the mark the boys were told no drinks! I was very disappointed that I couldn't see what was going on in there, there was no viewing window or anything.. Not very good if you take younger ones and don't want to bounce yourself. The vending machine was half stocked, there weren't any drinks in there at all... It looked like the café in the main area might have been open but there wasn't any signage to direct you to it or say it was an option to use it. A little disappointed. The boys said the staff in the bouncing area were just stood chatting to each other and not really taking much notice. On a positive the boys did enjoy it

To be honest the boys loved it hence a 3 star .. me upstairs all the sofa s were ripped .. mess all over the floor you aren’t given any instructions on reception that there will be a 10 minute safety induction for the kids ,I only knew as my friends son who I took told me .. could be a great place if cleaned up .. even went downstairs to get a drink gave up after standing there for over 5 minutes !! Sort it out !!!

The Computers to check in weren't working, so was given paper waivers to sign, no one available to hand them to, no one free to buy socks from, missed the first 10 min of our hour queuing in the mayhem: it was our first time going. However my 3 kids LOVED it. We will definitely go back but I'll arrive 30 min early lol, could do with a toilet near to the bounce house side as if anyone needed the loo we had to queue up to be let through the safety gate for the boomerang soft play. The slim lad with the longish hair was super helpful and took the kids shoes up stairs for us etc

Kids loved it but think it won't be long before an accident happens.too many unruly children and young staff that seem afraid to voice their authority and tell them to abide by the rules or get out.

It was good, my son and his friend enjoyed every minute. My only negative thought was that it's too small to have boys kicking a football across the place especially when they get so enthusiastic and abit aggressive. Otherwise it was good.

I was very disappointed by the lack of structure. It was like a free for all. Some boys were playing football and when the ball was kicked into the landing pit of another area they were just diving in to retrieve it regardless of other young people jumping in the same place. The staff didn't seem to like being in charge!! An accident waiting to happen!! Also our children waited ages to play with the football/goal and then some other kids came and basically pushed them out of the way!! This was shrugged off by staff. Won't be going back again.

The kids had a great time, but from a parents point of view we will not be returning.

I thought it was very overpriced for the size of the park. I found it too small and overcrowded. There's nowhere to watch your children unless you want to be upstairs watching from a TV screen and for me, that wasn't acceptable considering how dangerous these places can be. There was a sign saying that parents were not allowed to watch in the 'park' but we all ignored it as we didn't want to leave our kids, which didn't help the overcrowding. If it was £4-5 each I might consider coming again. In my opinion you're better off paying an extra few quid to go further afield to a bigger trampoline park.
